The healing ladder
Ayurveda heals in an order. Food first, living second, stillness third — herbs only when the first three are not enough.

Ayurveda is an ancient system built on centuries of observation. Modern research is beginning to test what it claims.
Traditional medicine, taken seriously.
WHO established its Global Centre for Traditional Medicine in India in 2022 — traditional medicine is getting serious scientific attention.

India’s Ministry of Ayush standardizes Ayurvedic education, pharmacopeia, and clinical research — the classical texts, measured.

The 2017 Nobel Prize in Medicine went to the molecular biology of circadian rhythms — the same daily cycles Dinacharya described millennia ago.

Do I need to create an account?
No. Browse the vault, build your plan, check in daily, and grow your health ledger as a guest. The only reason to sign in is to save your vault so it follows you to a new device.
Why do I keep waking up between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM?
Waking between 2:00 and 4:00 AM is widely reported. The overnight cortisol rise is a normal scheduled rhythm — it coincides with 3 AM waking but is not proven to cause it. The popular blood-sugar story lacks clinical support. A regular pattern with daytime impairment is the threshold for medical advice. As educational information only: the traditional sequence is food first, routine second, herbs last — not a clinical fix.
How is Swastik different from typical online Dosha quizzes?
Generic quizzes label you permanently to sell supplements. Swastik separates Prakriti (baseline constitution) from Vikriti (daily imbalance) and never sells supplements: food first, routine second, herbs last.
Is Ayurveda supported by modern science?
Parts of it, increasingly. The 2017 Nobel Prize in Medicine went to the molecular biology of circadian clocks — the same daily rhythms Dinacharya describes. Individual herbs such as ashwagandha have been studied in randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials, with low-certainty evidence for stress and sleep. Other classical claims remain traditional knowledge, not proven medicine.
